Villa Massa & Tonica: Erfrischend italienischer Sommergenuss
Inmitten von malerischen Zitronenhainen steht auf der Halbinsel Sorrento an der
italienischen Amalfi küste seit 1890 die Villa Massa.
Rundherum wachsen die berühmten Zitronen auf schattigen Hügelterrassen in nährstoff reicher Vulkanerde. Sie reifen hier besonders langsam, was sie saftiger und saurer macht als andere Zitronen. Das wichtigste aber ist der höhere Limonengehalt in der herrlich duftenden Schale. Villa Massa Limoncello ist die weltweite Nummer 1 in der Kategorie „Premium Limoncello“.
Rezept:
- Ein bauchiges Glas mit 2-3 Eiswürfeln füllen und 50 ml Villa Massa Limoncello darauf geben.
- Ein paar frische Basilikumblätter waschen, leicht ausdrücken und mit ins Glas geben.
- Mit 100-150 ml Tonic Water auffüllen und servieren.
