Erfreulicher Jahresstart 2015 für das Gastgewerbe
Die Unternehmen des Gastgewerbes in Deutschland setzten im Januar 2015 real 1,7 Prozent und nominal 4,2 Prozent mehr um als im Januar 2014.
Während das Beherbergungsgewerbe lediglich einen realen Zuwachs von 0,6 Prozent bei einem gleichzeitigen nominalen Zuwachs von 3,5 Prozent erreichte, legte die Gastronomie als Gesamtsegment real um 2,1 Prozent und nominal um 4,5 Prozent zu.
Ein Blick auf das getränkeintensivere Gaststättengewerbe zeigt ein preisbereinigtes Plus von 2,14 Prozent bei einem gleichzeitigen nominalen Plus von 4,7 Prozent. Bedauerlicherweise dauert die schlechtere Entwicklung bei Schankbetrieben auch im Jahr 2015 weiter an. Diese verzeichneten lediglich ein reales Plus von 0,26 Prozent bei einem gleichzeitigen nominalen Plus von 3,0 Prozent.
