GREY GOOSE® launches “Duet” with Rina Sawayama and Luke Selby

GREY GOOSE brings together two of Britain’s most dynamic and exciting new talents to create an extraordinary cocktail experience. In the same way that GREY GOOSE Vodka combines just two essential ingredients —water and wheat— and the martini cocktail combines just vodka and vermouth, leading talents Rina Sawayama and Luke Selby have come together to launch GREY GOOSE ‘Duet’, a brand new martini cocktail bar and at-home cocktail kit.

The exclusive pop-up, open to the public on 26th and 27th November, and 3rd and 4th December, offers a taste of Sawayama and Selby’s cultural nous. Combining drinks, food and entertainment curated by the duo, ‘Duet’ will feature a selection of delicious dishes by Evelyn’s Table head chef Selby, paired with playful twists on the classic martini cocktail.

Ticketholders will enjoy courses that blend the French heritage of GREY GOOSE with influences from Rina’s Japanese heritage and the finest ingredients from Luke’s award-winning restaurant in London. The menu includes Ikejime Trout, Shorthorn Jacob’s Ladder Beef, Mushroom Gyoza and Pear Almondine, to be enjoyed alongside new GREY GOOSE cocktails which incorporate a unique mix of ingredients— from tomato sake to sage-infused MARTINI Bianco and GREY GOOSE La Poire martini cocktail mists.

The evening will also include an exclusive line-up of entertainment curated by BRIT-nominated and critically acclaimed British star, Sawayama, with a mix of Congolese Rumba, electronic and R&B hits from breakthrough musical talent Sans Soucis – handpicked by Rina to perform at the ‘Duet’ event series.

On the launch, Rina says: “GREY GOOSE Duet is influenced by my love of small, informal and intimate spaces from my travels around the world. I wanted to draw on some of my favourite venues and memories to create a twist on the classic martini cocktail bar that feels cosy and accessible – just like drinking at home with friends. From the décor, to the music, food and cocktails, I have worked alongside Luke to infuse a taste of the flavours I love to the classic martini cocktail and create a place where people can connect and relax while enjoying fresh twists on this iconic drink.”

Luke Selby also commented: “When creating the menu for GREY GOOSE Duet I wanted to bring my signature style to the table, delivering dishes that combine classic French cooking with Japanese techniques and my love of local British produce. The Duet menu has been created to showcase what I consider to be some of nature’s finest ingredients, all from amazing locations and suppliers and designed to be enjoyed alongside a fresh and exciting GREY GOOSE martini cocktail line up!.”

A limited number of tickets priced at £50 will be available to purchase via EventBrite, and a portion of proceeds from ticket sales will go to The Benevolent Charity in support of those experiencing poverty at a time of crisis.

You can recreate the pop-up experience at home too with an exclusive gift-ready GREY GOOSE ‘Duet’ Martini Kit curated by Rina and Luke. Kits include a 70cl bottle of GREY GOOSE Vodka, a pair of GREY GOOSE martini glasses, a pre-batched bottle of one of the bespoke ‘Duet’ martini cocktails – the GREY GOOSE Encore – and a martini mist for spritzing that final flourish at home.

Available to pre-order for delivery on 24th November, kits can be purchased via The Drinks Drop for £80 and are available while stocks last.
