On-Trade Manager (m/f/d) in Germany, Berlin/Frankfurt
Role Overview

We are looking for an On-Trade Manager (m/f/d) in Germany, Berlin/Frankfurt
The successful candidate will report to the Regional Director.
Key Responsibilities and Activities
- Visit at least 6–8 outlets per day, work actively in the field, and record all activities accurately in the Repsly system.
- Drive growth in distribution across the designated region by attracting new clients within the On-Trade and Wholesale channels.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with on-trade accounts, ensuring consistent availability and visibility of the Beluga brand.
- Lead negotiations and secure listings/contracts with flagship accounts to guarantee strong brand presence and visibility.
- Identify and develop strategic brand partnerships; coordinate closely with Noblewood Headquarters to align objectives and oversee successful implementation.
- Negotiate and support the execution of customized branding initiatives within agreed On-Trade accounts to maximize brand impact.
- Monitor market dynamics and trends in the bar and restaurant sector to uncover new opportunities for sales growth and business expansion.
- Identify and track newly opened or planned on-trade accounts, providing regular and insightful reporting on market activity and potential leads.
- Achieving Sales targets monthly, quarterly and annually (sales, new listings, distribution). Track all activities and regularly submit reports in the company’s systems, including KPI progress, account visits, new listings, trainings, achievements, competitor activity, and special projects.
Requirements:
- Readiness for field work (90% of the time)
- High education in Economics/Marketing/Management.
- 3+ years of experience in the spirits industry/experience with premium brands (preferably in FMCG).
- Sales field experience is a plus.
- Goal-oriented with effective project management experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Clear understanding of marketing projects budgeting principles and financial discipline.
- Fluent in English and German.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Good knowledge of the on-trade spirits industry and cocktail culture.
- Experience as a bartender/bar manager is a plus.
- Experience as an on-trade sales manager is a plus.
- Ability to capture audience attention, with an established reputation among local bartenders.
- Understanding the super-premium/luxury market is ideal.
- Well-organized, self-motivated, with strong presentation, organizational and reporting skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel across Germany.
