Managing the eCommerce content development for Heineken Germany, and working with brand teams to ensure seamless introduction of new products, pack transitions and limited edition packs
Support the relationships with eCommerce Accounts through helping the Senior Key Account Manager with promotional execution, invoice management, customer planning / engagement days, new tests, competitor tracking, analysis etc.
Develop new ways of enhancing our brand presence online, e.g. through the development of the ratings and reviews strategy
Collect, interpret and edit data regarding developments and trends related to the eCommerce channel, shopper and competitor across channels and identifying opportunities and risks in the channel
International coordination on the global eCommerce strategy with the global customer team
Development of the annual and monthly demand planning process in collaboration with the business partners in the commerce team
Ensuring the goods availability of the assigned products through the efficient design of system-supported planning and ordering processes
Efficient entry of supplier orders in SAP (PtP), including clarifications of any price and volume deviations in the invoice flow as well as entry and management of logistics-related master data in the logistical systems
University-degree / Master-degree in economics or equivalent
Preferably several years of commercial experiences (Business Development, Key Account Management or Marketing)
Broad knowledge of FMCG / beverage industry in on- and off-trade channels and in the area of food trade and gastronomy
Advanced Project Management skills
Communications skills and creative thinking
High motivation, systematic and analytical thinking as well as customer focus
Fluent in German and English
Experienced in standard MS-Office-Applications (especially Excel)
SAP R/3 and Business Warehouse, Experienced in CRM systems
