Account Manager e-Retail (m/w/d) in Munich
POSITION
Your Mission is to support the development of E-retailers and ensure commercial performance as well as state-of-the-art customer experience across all customer devices. Drive engagement and conversion with the right set of products at the right time on the right e-retailer’s websites. Ensure best in class online merchandising. Monitor impact of site merchandising and activations at customer level with measurable and consistent KPIs. Master & champion internal data analytics and business intelligence tools, generating and sharing valuable insights for the entire Off Trade sales organization.
Account Management Responsibilities
Digital Commerce
- Work closely with E-Retail KAM to support the achievement of the volume and value targets
- Manage and develop a specific set of E-Retail customers according to the business plans
- Support the business development with existing and new customers such as on demand-, marketplace-, wholesale-player etc.
Digital Activations
- Plan and implement online activations with E-retailer customers that really engage with consumers and convert with online shoppers fully supporting the MH omni-channel strategy
- Show excellence in merchandizing our Maison’s and their products using and managing digital content with E-Retail customers
Analysis and Reporting
- Understand the key parameters of website analytics and media KPIs to be able to optimize and leverage brand experiences and create activation reporting
- Support volume planning and phasing processes which are done with the given planning instruments and are reflecting logistical needs
Digital Capabilities
- Engage with KAM on best practices and consumer insights, share creative development and liaise on activations and content
- Support the E-Retail KAM on driving the digital change and knowledge sharing within sales, support the training and e-retail capability building of KAMs and Sales force
Business Analyst & strategic responsibilities
- Conducts and develops sales analyses and relevant internal and external data evaluations such as customer P&L, trade terms and budget analysis as well as sell-out and category management data other revenue and profit driven reports,
- Create & share tailormade dashboards & reports, generate & share valuable insights for entire sales organization in Off Trade
- Takes a leading role of data analytics within strategy projects like customer segmentation in on- and off-line universe, price monitoring
PROFILE
Education:
Commercial and/or Business Administration or related, emphasis Sales
Professional experience & know how:
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales, preferably in E-Retail / E-Commerce or Digital Marketing role
- Experience / Understanding of online consumer behaviors and digital content
- Understanding of the German Retail/e-retail sales channel & customer universe in a CPG market environment
Languages
English & German fluent written & spoken, French is a plus
