We are currently looking for an
Account Manager e-Retail (m/w/d)
POSITION
Your Mission is to support the development of the e-retail, our external e-commerce customers. Ensure commercial performance as well as state-of-the-art customer experience. Drive engagement and conversion with the right set of products at the right time on the right e-retailer’s websites. Ensure best in class online merchandising. Monitor impact of activations at customer level with measurable and consistent KPIs. Master & champion internal data analytics and business intelligence tools.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Commerce
- Manage and develop a specific set of E-Retail customers
- Work closely with E-Retail KAM and achieve volume and value targets
- Support the business development of new customers and e-commerce players
Activations
- Plan and implement online activations with E-retailer customers that really engage with online shoppers
- Show excellence in merchandizing our brands and products using and managing digital content with E-Retail customers
Analysis and Reporting
- Understand the key parameters of website analytics and media KPIs to be able to optimize and leverage brand experiences and create activation reportings
- Ensure volume planning and phasing with the given planning instruments to reflect logistical needs
- Master & champion internal data evaluations like customer sell-out data and applied BI tools (Qliksense, Salesforce, SAM, Nielsen, etc)
Digital Capabilities
- Engage with MH e-Retail team on best practices and consumer insights, share creative development and liaise on activations and content
- Support digital change by driving knowledge sharing and training within the sales team
PROFILE
Education:
Commercial and/or Business Administration/Digital Marketing/e-Commerce or related, emphasis Sales
Professional experience & know how:
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in e-Retail / e-Commerce or Digital Marketing role in a FMCG environment
- Understanding of the German e-retail-/ e-commerce universe and online consumer behavior
- Experience with online marketing tactics and digital content
Languages
- English & German fluent written & spoken, French is a plus
